#95: How to Make Your Freebies Actually Pay (& Why One Freebie Won't Cut It)

Most of us think of freebies as list-building tools. But the smartest thing I've done in my business is to start thinking of them as the first step in my sales process. Not in a gross, pushy way that stops them being helpful, but in a way that actually serves my right people AND my business, by designing them to naturally lead to sales of my offers.

In this episode, I’m sharing why I’ve completely shifted the way I think about freebies, and how AI has made it easier than ever to experiment without adding more work to my plate. Rather than relying on one freebie to do everything, I’ve been creating more targeted freebies that connect naturally to the offers I want to sell and the results my audience wants most.
